I have had neck problems for 5 years and I have been searching for a comfortable pillow for all of that time. I don't like a thick pillow and this one seems to be the most comfortable so far. Something I didn't notice during the shopping process was the info on the tag (no way to see this until you own it): minimum 75% down. In other words, for a down pillow to exclude the word "feathers" from the description (for us folks looking for 100% bird down), it can be minimum 75% down -- the remaining percentage is feathers! That shocked me but something I now know. Unless the product description says 100% down (no feathers), expect there to be some percentage of feather parts (calamus, rachis, vane and/or barbs). They are a light-medium firmness, so I would suggest having these as the top layer. I am a stomach sleeper, and my partner is a back sleeper, and both of us really like them.
