This catio is a game changer!! My daughter’s cat is obsessed with it! She used to harness him and put him on a tie out to get fresh air and stimulation, but he’d always manage to get out of the harness. Now he can be outside without having to constantly worry. It has a great cedar smell to it and seems to be good quality. Assembly took about 2 hours, but was worth it in the end! She wheels it in and out of the garage daily so the wood will last longer. She added a litter box to the bottom and puts his food bowls out as well, so he’s set for the day!. Joni. Hobart, WI. Tue Jun 30 2026

This insulated cat house features a six-sided, all-around foam insulation design (covering all walls, roof, and floor) to lock in comfortable temperatures and provide your cat with optimal protection from the cold and heat. The heating pad is seamlessly integrated with the heated cat house, maintaining a constant and safe temperature for pets (35°C/95°F to 45°C/113°F) via an built-in thermostat. The entrance is equipped with a door curtain to effectively reduce the intrusion of cold air and rain. The openable design facilitates access to the interior, making daily cleaning simple. Suitable for multiple stray cats.

Sturdy, well insulated and good for multiple cats. I covered one of the lower doors to keep the wind from blowing in by changing it to a heavier fabric. I also had to remove the other plastic door flaps because the cat was too afraid of them. (The flap alterations happened later and aren't shown in the picture) Easy to assemble and took about an hour. Some of the pieces did not have labels and it was difficult to know if we had the Velcro in the right direction. Keeps the rain out well. I had to lure her in with cat treats multiple times before she saw it as a safe place. Great buy, would recommend. Although, the cat perch on the top floor is not wide enough to entice the cat. It's too narrow. The bottom porch is perfect to hold a water dish and food to comfortably eat on.. Andrea. Tyrone, PA. Fri Oct 02 2026

Designed for comfort, security, and durability, this versatile cat playpen creates the perfect environment for climbing, lounging, exploring, and enjoying fresh air year-round.

Had potential and is attractive but assembling this is awful (few pre-drilled holes, mislabeled parts, poor instruction labels, not enough hardware) and the “weatherproof” product buckled within days of sitting on my deck. Tried to get support and replace the warped part but would have to start over with a new one or disassemble and return this one for refund.. Alcora. Silver Spring, MD. Thu Sep 10 2026

I really wasn’t expecting this kitty house to be as good as it appears. It is much sturdier and nicer than I imagined. The true test will be how well it fares its first winter. Shipping was fast and it arrived in good condition.. Ruby Bomboy. Howard, PA. Fri Sep 25 2026

With an all-weather Oxford cover for year-round use and easy tool-free assembly, it’s the gift that gives your cats the outdoor life they’ve always wanted.

This catio is really attractive. It seems solid and is spacious. I wish the small doors swung inward instead of out - that doesn’t make much sense to me - that’s why I gave 45 instead of 55. Oh, and also some of the pieces didn’t fit well together and sort of cracked when drilling in. It doesn’t seem to impact the integrity initially, though.. Mindy. Pnw. Tue Oct 20 2026

This insulated cat house made a great upgrade of unique heated Liner made of high density sponge and fabric with PVC coating, provide a warm house for your cats. The liner can be remove to machine-washable. Concerned about the outdoor use, the roof is made of asphalt so that it can prevent your furry friend exposing to the heavy rain. Your lovely cat is sure to enjoy this outdoor shelter.

Fantastic cat house! Lightweight. Some of these assemble cat houses on the market are pretty heavy and it’s hard to move by yourself. I assembled on my own in about a half hour and the house is sturdy and waiting for my new outdoor cat.. Annarose. OR. Sat Sep 12 2026

Our cat house has upgraded, which combined with 100% solid wood and removable 6 sides all-around foam insulation Liner. Outdoor cat house filled with soft 0.78" thicker sponge, solid wood+plywood+ thermal liner,3 layer insulated house stop the cold wind ,rain and snow into interior, and lock the warmth temperature inside ,better than other's house in winter. Heated the temperature by pet's own body,no limited shelter for protecting community, outdoor stray cats, and feral animals.

Cute little house! Directions say a drill is optional but I dont think I couldve put it together without one. Very few pre drilled holes, so it would be quite tough with just a screwdriver. I was able to put it together by myself with the exception of the lid, its pretty heavy so needed a 2nd person to hold it up while I screwed it on.. Eliott. Philadelphia, PA. Mon Oct 19 2026

This cat house comes with a unique heated liner which is made of high density sponge and fabric with PVC coating. It can help your cats keep from cold weather hurts, give them a warm house. Provides ample space for 1-2 cats and rabbits and other small animals.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this went together and the instructions were easy to follow. The pieces were not all labeled however they were easy to identify. The instructions told you an extra screw of each size was included so you did t think you forgot to use one. I was able to put it together easily by myself (65 year old woman)just needed help to put it outside. The heating pads worked very well and I think the cats will be very warm this winter. The observation window is obstructed by the insulation so you cannot see the cats inside while it’s inserted. I’m going to use a timer for the heating pads so I don’t use electricity all day when the cats are away. Overall I’m very pleased with this product. Terri. GA. Wed Oct 28 2026

We are very happy with this catio. We kept telling ourselves that we’d build one from scratch. 4 years later of procrastination and it was easier to buy this set up and spend 3-4 hours on a beautiful Saturday setting it up. We are glad we went with the taller one to cover the whole window. Some say it’s not sturdy but as soon as we bolted it to the house it became more trustworthy. The winds here in CO could take this down otherwise.. Anonymous. Sun Oct 25 2026

This house is design for cats which are not able to be kept indoor in winter. Especial add heating liner so that your furry friends will feel as warm as indoor. Easy to control the temperature and heating time inside. And there is warm space for cats to play and sleep comfortably. Your furry friends will going to love it.

This is a wonderful little heated kitty house. I liked the extra thick padded insulation and heated pad. The only downfall with this cat house is that there was only one door /escape route for cats (probably due to size and construction). The little awning and flaps are good, but we taped them up as I don't think most stray cats will want to push through the strange mini car wash rubber flaps. Top opens easily for cleaning and can be propped initially for skittish kitties that might be nervous to enter into a dark space. Overall a good value and solid construction. No issues with assembly and fairly attractive.. Christy. NY. Sun Aug 23 2026

The elevated shelf design to fit various cat essentials. Best of all, the human-friendly design lets you step inside for quality bonding time, whether you're sharing treats or enjoying playtime together.Let your cat explore, climb, and lounge in style—all while staying protected!

Great catio but takes forever to put together. Had a very strong smell when we took the various parts out of the box but the smell has gone away now that we've placed it outside. We love the slanted roof that allows water to run off. Most catios seem to have a flat roof that causes water to pool. The cats are enjoying it!. Olivia. Alpharetta, GA. Mon Aug 18 2025

The flat-bottom construction and latch door closure gives it some extra stability and security for your pets.

I absolutely love this catio cat run and my cats are enjoying getting to be outside in the grass! I also purchased the two story heatedinsulated cat house and it fits perfectly inside. (I assembled it from inside the cat run so that I would not have trouble fitting it through the door.) The only problem I had was that some of the instructions for assembling the cat run were incorrect, but it wasn’t hard to figure out how to remedy the correction. I would also recommend using extra screws to secure the bridge, part N, to the other part N, beside it.The instructions said to build the cat boxes in the uncovered area of the cat run, but I will most likely be moving them to the covered area. Also, the instructions say it only takes 2 hours to assemble and it took us several hours to assemble. We used a Dewalt drill to assemble and I recommend this vs. only using a screw driver.. We are so happy with this purchase. Our cats love it so much. It seemed a bit overwhelming when we opened the box but once he got in the zone, my husband put it together in less than 3 hours. He assembled the structure about 10 feet from where we wanted it to be, and he and I easily moved it together to its resting location, then put all of the shelves and such on it. 100% recommend and wish we had gotten it for our cats years ago.. It is a great size and the price was good. We rescued 3 kittens a couple months ago and they are now about 6 to 7 weeks old. They play in it and run around the tubes.
