This is just the storage container I needed! I have a swing under my pergola, and even though it is a covered swing, and the pergola itself provides a degree of coverage, the cushions still get covered in spring time pollen, they get wet, and just generally gross. I don't go outside much in the summer because I'm in the greater Houston area and it is just too darn hot in the summer, so I needed a place to store the cushions until I can get out there and enjoy my back yard again. This fits the bill! It was easy to put together, and it isn't too heavy. It isn't perfectly weather sealed, but it does protect from wind and rain, and since it sits on a concrete slab there is never standing water under it. My cushions have been stored in it for over a month now, and they look just as clean as the day I put them in there! Perfect!. Niki. Cypress, TX. Mon Sep 28 2026

Excellent purchase, just what I wanted. The key is to measure the items you want to put into it before you make the purchase. In this case I did and I got right where I wanted to be size-wise. The box arrived at 36 pounds but the box itself was substantial. The items is not flimsy and most of the installation involved snapping five pieces together. That was a bit tricky and I found that a rubber mallet helped do the job, I’m 68 and in above average shape. I split the installation into parts. The hydraulic lid is a nice feature. I’m very pleased.. Clipper. Chevy Chase, MD. Wed Oct 14 2026

So far, it has done a great job keeping the bugs and water out, even with it being outside and exposed to the elements. I also really love the spring mechanism on the lid—it makes opening and closing the box much easier and keeps the lid from slamming down. The color is great as well, and I think it will age nicely and fade naturally as it’s exposed to the elements over time. I’m having trouble writing this review. I thought for sure I had submitted it twice. Here goes and hopefully number three is a charm. I love the deck box. It’s sleek contemporary sturdy. I appreciate the hydraulic lift, but I have found it important to close it applying the pressure directly in the middle. I have not tested the lock, but I’m grateful for that, as I will be storing some valuable items in it while outside. I lost my large shed last month, so this is a lifesaver for me! It seats 2 to 3 people comfortably. With a sleek design, it would nicely fit behind a sofa, under a stairway or even delineate an area. I plan to place it out on my large patio to store cushions a small tool kit and anything else that needs to get put away to avoid clutter. I am planning on using it to store my gazebo canopy this coming winter. All in all, it’s a great deck box and the price can’t be beat. It took my son all of 25 minutes from box to completion in exchange for me doing his wash!. Leslie A. Quakertown, PA. Thu Aug 13 2026

This deck box is amazing. It’s a lot larger than I anticipated however, with the amount of yard decorations, I have that I need to store for the winter and it is perfect. The only thing is it’s not water resistant. We’re going to have to caulk it to prevent any leakage, I love the option to be able to lock it so that way it say everything in there is safe definitely I’m so happy with this product love it. The only thing that I have to say against it is it is not waterproof, but that’s OK.. Rochelle. Lincoln, RI. Sun Oct 04 2026
