Great entry way bench. Super quick and easy to build as well it is literally 1,2,3 and then you’re done! The only reason why I’m giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because the lower shelf did not align easily with the holes and could not be screwed in tightly. Super frustrating but still great look and we just won’t put anything on that bottom shelf and just use for putting on shoes. Kathleen. Crossville, TN. Fri Sep 25 2026

The bench is beautiful, and the colour is just like the photo. However, when people sit on the bench especially the middle, it sinks quite a bit and looks very weak. We will have to buy a piece of wood or something to put in the middle to help this which is discouraging considering the price we paid. We feel returning this bench and replacing it with something different is more effort than adding a piece of wood but if I could go back in time, I wouldn't have gotten this bench knowing what I know now.. The seat material is very poor quality and not nearly as expected from the photo and description. I’d be ashamed to have this in my house. I contacted customer support and found it requires the issue go thru the manufacturer which takes a few days. Now storing poor quality piece in my garage. I think I’m done with Wayfair orders..
