Bring warmth and functionality to your entryway with this solid wood shoe storage bench. I really like the design of this bench. The dark wood finish with the black legs gives it a clean, modern, minimalistic look, and it looks even better in person. It also has a nice amount of weight to it, which makes it feel solid and sturdy rather than light or cheap. The lower shelf gives you some useful extra storage while still keeping the design simple. Assembly took me around 30 minutes and was pretty straightforward. The instructions are simple to understand, but I definitely recommend paying very close attention to the screw lengths. There are two different sizes, and while the manual does show which ones to use, it is very easy to overlook if you are moving too quickly. I made that mistake myself and accidentally used the longer screws on the main top section. They went all the way through the wood and created visible spots on the top surface. That was completely my mistake, so I am not blaming the product for it, but I do wish the instructions had included a more noticeable warning about the different screw lengths because one small mistake can affect the appearance of an otherwise beautiful piece of furniture. Aside from that mistake, I am very happy with it. It feels sturdy, looks great, and the simple design makes it easy to use in an entryway, bedroom, hallway, or anywhere you need some extra seating and storage. Just take your time during assembly and double check the screws before tightening everything.. Nestor. Westmoreland City, PA. Fri Sep 04 2026

The bench works well for what we needed and provides great extra seating and storage. Overall, we’re happy with it. However, I would not recommend it for a home with small children. The storage lids are quite heavy and can close quickly, which could easily pinch or injure little fingers. I wish the bench came with soft-close hinges or another safety mechanism to prevent the lids from slamming shut.. Anonymous. Tue Sep 01 2026

I love this bench. I love the way it looks and the quality is great. I replaced my coffee table with it. Two of the holes didn’t line up making assembly more difficult than it had to be. Beautiful color and surprisingly roomy storage! This arrived very quickly, and we love it! The color is bright, bold, and beautiful, and it fits right in with our decor. It also takes up much less space than our old ottoman, which makes a big difference in our small living room. When I first opened it, I thought there was no way everything from our old ottoman would fit—but every single thing fit beautifully! The storage was a very pleasant surprise. The only assembly needed is attaching the legs. Our furniture sits low, so we left them off to keep everything at a similar height. Attaching them looked straightforward, though, and the legs looked nice and sturdy—I’m actually saving them to possibly use on something else. We’re really happy with it. It gives us all the storage we need while freeing up space and adding a gorgeous pop of color!. Ann. Louisville, KY. Wed Oct 14 2026

We love the golden half-crescent on the front panel, anchoring a decorative sunburst pattern and brightening this traditional-style bench. The seat cushion is made from velvet with a polyurethane fill for added support. Three interior hinges open for easy access to pillows, blankets, and other items. Slide this bench up to the dining table for additional seating or place it in a foyer or hallway.

I am seriously in love with this bench. Not only is it very modern and up-to-date looking, but the storage inside is wonderful for all the pictures that I’m going through for each of my six kids. I had something big and bulky in my hallway and you couldn’t even hardly move down the hallway, but this slim guy with his beautiful decor is a much nicer option for a hallway. It was super easy to assemble, even with one arm due to my handicap, It just took several hours, but for the average person, you’ll get it together in less than an hour for sure. Perfect hiding spot for my photos!. Dawn. US. Sat Oct 17 2020
