It was very easy to assemble with clear directions. As you progress through the sides, it is harder to determine if the male and female joints are perfectly aligned. I bought 2, and the second one was little more warped. The blind top corner was not clicking. After a few tries of undoing and redoing, it came together correctly and clicked. When undoing, it easy for the plastic to crack on the next male/female connection. Otherwise, all of it was very simple. The top weight load of two persons and over 600 lbs will be determined. I'm less than 150 lbs, and it seemed to give a bit when sitting toward the middle. My wife and I are satisfied with the product for the price, but it is by no means "heavy duty" plastic. This shed was super easy to assemble. I am a 5' 3" 67 year old female and it took me an hour and 45 minutes to complete. Approximately 15 minutes of that was sorting and verifying parts. The instructions suggested two people to assemble floor, and that probably would have helped, but I was able to do it myself. My foundation was already in place. Getting the sides to slide into the slots properly required a rubber mallet. Finished product holds my self-propelled snow blower and my Snow Joe battery operated snow blower with extra room.. Terry. This is a really nice storage cabinet. The size is perfect and the colors look great, which was a big plus for us. Putting it together definitely takes two people, and some of the instructions were a little confusing. It did come with extra screws, which was nice and helped just in case. It felt a bit flimsy on its own so you want to use the ground spikes. It comes with once those are in. It is actually very very stable. It does exactly what we needed it to do. lightweight and nice style. easy to put together, not a lot of hardware - they are used mostly to support the interlocking pieces. Unfortunately the unit I received had a couple of glitches. One of the wood pieces requiring a screw had a knot in the wood exactly in the place the screw went in. Because the wood is soft, the knot crumbled and then the rest of the piece of wood split with the screw. I ended up just leaving that corner without a screw since there was already an interlocking in place. The second issue was the interior base shelf. The pilot holes in the back were off and weren’t far back enough to screw into the back base. I left the screws out since there were 4 others in place. There were no reviews on this but I decided to purchase it anyway for our back porch. I wanted something to set beside my grill to store tools and other items. This will live under a covered porch. It is real wood, pine. The pine scent is almost overwhelming when you take it out of the box lol. This is very lightweight. The one door had no holes drilled for the handle so I had to do that myself. Also had to cut a notch in the shelf since it did not fit correctly. I used wood glue and the provided screws and it did sturdy up. This was one of the cheaper ones that I found on the site and overall I am happy with it. I think it will serve its purpose and I do like that it’s real wood and not the fake press board. The metal top is just a sheet over a piece of wood but I think it will be just fine.. Seth. Five stars because its perfect for towels etc but its not built for outside because if it rains the water would go through the holes in the doors and the tools and other items would be rusted and the wood would probably rot out eventually.
