Here is my review of the Patiowell 8x8 Resin Storage Shed. First, Wayfair made the entire purchasing process seamless. Their website was easy to navigate, customer service was professional, and the FedEx deliveries (which arrived in two separate shipments) were handled quickly and efficiently. The shed arrived in five large boxes, and the FedEx delivery driver handled everything with care by placing the boxes neatly in the driveway. I was impressed with the thoughtful packaging. The components were securely protected with layers of Styrofoam, cardboard, and plastic straps to prevent damage during shipping. The shed itself feels sturdy, durable, and solid. Once all of the parts were organized, the instructions became easy to follow during construction. This project definitely requires two people, as many sections need to be assembled on the ground and then lifted into place. Once the base floor is completed, the rest of the build flows together step-by-step, including the walls, frame, roof, and doors. For tools and preparation, I highly recommend having a cordless drill, painter’s tape, extra bolts, and caulking for sealing the seams. Overall, assembling the shed was challenging and took about six hours to complete. Patience, organization, and a few extra supplies are essential for a smooth installation. In the end, I am extremely happy with both the quality of the shed and my overall experience with Wayfair.. Eddie. South San Francisco, California. Sun May 17 2026

The item gives you the value in the industry and unlike polyethylene is safe for storing flammable items. Its wide and high double-entry doors open into a spacious storage area. It is supported by heavy-duty galvanized steel interior beams and a floor to support large garden equipment. Although assembly is required, the step-by-step instruction manual will make the process easy, and within a few short hours, you will be pleased with the outcome.

Perfect! Easy to put together. Leak proof. We had a downpour the day after it was put together. Provides great storage for all our outside equipment. I am totally satisfied with this purchase.. Mary Anne. New Rochelle, NY. Mon Jul 20 2020

This stylish Horizontal Shed has a compact profile low enough to nestle below most fence lines, yet is tall enough to accommodate most trash cans and recycling bins. Featuring durable, multi-wall resin construction, this sturdy storage solution stands up to bad weather and is perfect for year-round use. Plus, cleaning and maintenance couldn’t be simpler. Additional features include a 3-door design, which lets you reach all corners of the shed with ease, and the doors can be closed tightly together and locked using a separately sold padlock. Consult all local building codes to verify if the shed requires a building permit.

After a year it is still standing after 2 winters in New England. Snow slides right off no more shoveling the shed roof off. I build a 12x12 deck platform out of 2x6 for this to site on and works great. The took a day with two people. It has held together pretty well. The 1 thing I hate the most is the doors. They really need to re-engineer the doors as they are junk. They slide and move, I think I will need to rebuild this summer and make them more solid. No leads, it holds the ATV and Lawn tractor.. I received 4 boxes, wow! Very heavy so be prepared to help your mail man get them off the truck. Delivery was super fast btw, thumbs up for Wayfair, as always they kept me in the loop, with email, texts! I did the inventory to assure all pieces are delivered. Each box has all the pieces that are needed to be in them and each pieces is meticulously labeled, thumbs up to this Company ! However it could be very intimidating, it's literally hundreds of pieces...I was able to follow along a manual to ensure all pieces are in each of the 4 boxes.. it was a daunting task but with patient and good organization it is do-able within 1 h. I found a pair of gloves in box 1 , which are so USEFUL! , since the raw corners and edges can really be painful on repeat handling without any hand protection. The "Resin" is a hollow tubed plastic board about 1/2 inch thick. Very impressed with the quality i must say. The color seems darker grey than on the photo in the sale post. I will need about a week Wayfair to start the built and i will come back and add to the review. But i must say so fare I am very impressed and give it 5 Stars. Also we are not afraid to built in the cold! So stay tuned for the finished shed! Update 12/7 we stated to built it and it's good so fare, but be aware HERE ARE NO PREDRILLED OR PRE MARKED HOLES! YOU HAVE TO MEASURE WHERE TO PUT THE SCREWS ETC. ITS NOT FOR BEGINNER BUILDERS AND IT IS ALL IN CM not INCHES.....We put 2 walls up and also the wall with the window in it, which was marked wrong on the Instructions, but as said for an advanced experienced builder it was clear to NOT go by the instructions....Anyway the quality is good , but it is a process to built due to above given reasons.. Plus, unlike traditional plastic sheds, they're low maintenance, staying fade-free without the need for painting or treatment, saving you time and money. The new resin tool shed features a wider base to prevent tipping, is fully waterproof, and is made from durable resin material. It offers a spacious, multi-functional storage area with a load capacity of up to 200 lbs, making it perfect for withstanding windy and snowy weather conditions.

Five stars. This storage shed is exactly what I hoped for: sturdy, stylish, and a huge upgrade from cramming yard tools in my laundry room. The material is the real win here. I specifically did not want a metal shed, and this proves why. It looks great in my backyard, feels solid, and is easy to wipe down and keep clean. Bonus: my HOA only allows this type of material anyway, so it checked that box too. My only beef is the door “handles.” There are no real handles, so you have to put your fingers inside the cutout and pull, which is not the best user experience. A simple handle design would make this perfect. Assembly note: this is not a one-person job. It took me and my daughter about 3 hours. Use a power drill if you have one, it would definitely speed things up. Overall, I love it and would absolutely recommend it.. Kamilah. Chester, VA. Tue Dec 30 2025

A little flimsy when assembling but seem to sure up towards the end of the build. Directions were ok but still have room for improvement. I was able to build this shed by myself but would definitely be easier with 2 people. The hardest part in my opinion was assembling & installing the roof. So far I am happy with this product.
