Excellent purchase, just what I wanted. The key is to measure the items you want to put into it before you make the purchase. In this case I did and I got right where I wanted to be size-wise. The box arrived at 36 pounds but the box itself was substantial. The items is not flimsy and most of the installation involved snapping five pieces together. That was a bit tricky and I found that a rubber mallet helped do the job, I’m 68 and in above average shape. I split the installation into parts. The hydraulic lid is a nice feature. I’m very pleased.. Clipper. Chevy Chase, MD. Wed Oct 14 2026

I’m having trouble writing this review. I thought for sure I had submitted it twice. Here goes and hopefully number three is a charm. I love the deck box. It’s sleek contemporary sturdy. I appreciate the hydraulic lift, but I have found it important to close it applying the pressure directly in the middle. I have not tested the lock, but I’m grateful for that, as I will be storing some valuable items in it while outside. I lost my large shed last month, so this is a lifesaver for me! It seats 2 to 3 people comfortably. With a sleek design, it would nicely fit behind a sofa, under a stairway or even delineate an area. I plan to place it out on my large patio to store cushions a small tool kit and anything else that needs to get put away to avoid clutter. I am planning on using it to store my gazebo canopy this coming winter. All in all, it’s a great deck box and the price can’t be beat. It took my son all of 25 minutes from box to completion in exchange for me doing his wash!. Leslie A. Quakertown, PA. Thu Aug 13 2026

The resin shell shrugs off rain, sun, and humidity, so your belongings stay dry and vibrant. A simple lock loop lets you secure the lid (padlock sold separately), while smooth-grip side handles make light work of shifting it for cleaning or rearranging. No screws, no drills—just snap the panels together and you're done. Practical, sturdy, and refreshingly straightforward.

Good quality. Easy assembly. Attractive color. However, the box is too small for the cushions we planned to store in it. We should have asked for the interior dimensions. I suggest that storage container product descriptions also include the interior dimensions which are the most important.. Anonymous. Fri Aug 28 2026

Extremely disappointed in Wayfair and this product. I ordered two of these products in each of them showed up damaged. The first one had two corners completely crushed in and dented. The second one arrived with a 2 inch punctured hole, through the metal even, in the side of the unit. When I opened the door, the knob was missing from the temperature controls. Once I found the knob, I tried to put it on where it belonged however, I realized that the whole unit that runs the temperatures was actually broken and did not even fit in the compartment to attach the temperature knob too. We plugged their unit in to see if it would run and work. The unit turned on and ran however it made extremely high-pitched random noises and ran completely uneven with different varying up and down pitched sounds, obviously the cooling unit is not working properly..
