Great storage system for small closets! We were originally trying to find a short dressed to fit in this shallow closet but this was a way better solution and much better use of vertical space. It was a lot sturdier and heavier than we had imagined which was a nice surprise. We had bought the add on top shelf to extend the upper shelf space but realized our closet wasn’t tall enough to accommodate it which is fine and now we have this small hidden storage spot on top. Happy with the outcome. a major improvement over old-style wire shelfs. Drywall was attached to 1 x 2 furring strips glued to concrete wall, so the 50 mm screws provided were too long to be used. The supplied toggle bolts could not be used either as there was not a sufficient gap between the drywall and the concrete. Therefore I used 10 concrete screws for hanging rail and 4 for support cleats to ensure a good solid connection to the wall. The box containing the vertical panels arrived wet on the bottom end and open - the panels all had some minor damage. Dotted Line offered to sent new panels then we settled on a credit as I had already done the installation and touch-up. The drawers do not come with installation instructions but a QR code on the template leads to the online version, and once you do the first drawer the others go quickly. You must be very strict to the template to attach the slide rail to the sides of the drawers! The drawer fronts allow for adjustment and with patience you can get the drawers visually aligned. The drawer slides are a one roller front and one roller rear and while they work, they are noisy, a little rough, and when the drawer is pulled out, the drawers make a good thump when it hits the stops. I thought I knew my measurements before I ordered this closet organizer and it turns out it is a little big for the closet. And once its assembled, what are you going to do? We will make it work.. This system was installed for me by a renovation crew working on my new home. I am told that it was easy to assemble and appears to be spacious and sturdy. However, it is not trimmable and was slightly too wide for the space; the website says it can be cut to fit. These closet organizers are great and very sturdy. There is an option to secure them to the wall, and I may do that later.
