Overall, I like this closet organizer. The drawer slides are a one roller front and one roller rear and while they work, they are noisy, a little rough, and when the drawer is pulled out, the drawers make a good thump when it hits the stops. I thought I knew my measurements before I ordered this closet organizer and it turns out it is a little big for the closet. And once its assembled, what are you going to do? We will make it work.. This piece was exactly as advertised. The final measurements were exactly as they should be. It is a decent quality. The instructions were very good, but I wish they had said that there was no need to remove baseboards. Each section is in 2 pieces and the top overhangs the bottom at the back by at least 1/4" so the baseboards fit behind it fine. Make sure you pay attention to the circles that show how to align the pieces correctly. Some of the screws were flat rather than pointed, which made it difficult to alight them correctly in the pilot holes. Some of the pilot holes did not go through the laminate, which make it more difficult to start the screws. Overall I am very happy with the piece and it fit perfectly in my closet.. Laura. Missouri. This closet storage system is high quality. It is made from a durable material and is very sturdy. I chose the color white. This unit has a hanging rack at the top, two drawers in the middle, and space at the bottom for boots or baskets. I recommend hanging the clothing rack an inch or two higher than the holes so the clothing does not touch the bottom. Also, one of the base pieces had holes drilled in the wrong spots. My husband was able to modify it and come up with a solution to make it work, but it was definitely a defective piece. I am taking off 1 star for that. Special tip for the drawers, install the first one at the second hole. Install the second drawer at the first hole that way they are even. Overall, great closet system.
