The drawer slides are a one roller front and one roller rear and while they work, they are noisy, a little rough, and when the drawer is pulled out, the drawers make a good thump when it hits the stops. I thought I knew my measurements before I ordered this closet organizer and it turns out it is a little big for the closet. And once its assembled, what are you going to do? We will make it work.. This closet storage system is high quality. It is made from a durable material and is very sturdy. I chose the color white. This unit has a hanging rack at the top, two drawers in the middle, and space at the bottom for boots or baskets. I recommend hanging the clothing rack an inch or two higher than the holes so the clothing does not touch the bottom. Also, one of the base pieces had holes drilled in the wrong spots. My husband was able to modify it and come up with a solution to make it work, but it was definitely a defective piece. I am taking off 1 star for that. Special tip for the drawers, install the first one at the second hole. Install the second drawer at the first hole that way they are even. Overall, great closet system. Great little closet system with flexible options. Not hard to assemble, but can be quite awkward to carry & it can also be wobbly if the brackets aren't able to align correctly despite the provided WHITE :( plumbers tape. I assembled outside the closet, moved it inside, and arranged all by myself. I don't recommend. Would definitely have been easier with TWO people. My plan for it did not work, so I moved it to the smaller wall and removed the curved parts and attached it straight to the side walls. I feel confident despite the wobbly intersections, that the heavy duty wall anchors I added, that it will be sturdy. I love that it has legs so all the weight is NOT on the arms. Additionally, the side arm was not an option for the longest clothes so I left off one shelf and it works fine. It is a heavy metal that looks so very similar to real pipes but at a much cheaper cost! I am waiting for the black to come back into stock to finish my other closet!. Heather. Marietta, GA.
