Pretty sturdy piece! I combined it with the corner shelving unit and rearranged the rods & shelves to fit my closet. It is definitely solid and I like that the pieces don't really dent or scratch. I’m worried the weight of my coats will rip the screws out of the wood eventually. Otherwise very happy with this purchase. The adjustable shelving was perfectly easy to customize for what we had to store and if things change, so can the shelving.
