This hanging rack is high quality and easy to assemble. The directions are clear. The only things that are a bit strange are the hanging hooks are just hooks so arent affixed with anything but gravity, and the baskets dont all line up with the hardware in exactly the same orientation-- just aesthetic, doesnt affect the function.. The 1-page instructions are very easy to understand and use. Once snapped, they're suprisingly rugged. The wire construction is very solid and heavy. They also stack easily and have screws that can be secured into a wall to ensure that the units won't tip when using them. They're simple to wipe off for cleaning and fold-down in seconds for easy storage when not in use. I like that they're very open and easy to see into and to get items out of...but also have a small front lip in the front to help to make sure that nothing falls out. I also like the size of these baskets...they easily fit on shelves but can hold a surprising amount. I am using them for holding my purses and makeup bags in my closet and they're perfect. If I could give this item ZERO stars I would. I received a package with parts that either do not belong with the item or were machined incorrectly. Poor quality and lack of quality control. It wasn’t able to be assembled because it seems I rd dived a mixture of components that do not belong to the advertised item. This is by far the worst item I’ve ever purchased from Wayfair and it belongs in the trash heap. Needless to say I’m returning, but it needs to be thrown into the trash.
