The cane-front doors give a warm, textured look, and the wood tone matches natural as described. Sturdy enough to sit on, with two cubbies underneath that keep shoes out of sight. Assembly took about an hour solo. Tip use a drill with Allen wrenchhex attachments instead of the included tool — makes it go much faster. Once assembled, its solid with no wobble. Overall the bench is very sturdy, solid materials and looks great in my space. There are plastic clips to hold the shelves in place, we’ll see how long those last, they seem a little flimsy.
