Rowenta Focus Xcel Iron

I had my previous Rowenta iron for ten years. This is the perfect replacement.

Very nice high quality iron.

This is my 3rd Rowenta. I’m afraid to try another brand simply because this is just what I needed and wanted. If you are looking for an iron that does from the simplest lace handkerchief to the toughest old time denim then this is what you want. I’m not saying that it’s the only iron that can do the work but, in my book it’s the simplest, finest and best that I know and it handles like a good, well and refined small machine. I needed a new Rowena after my old one died. This was recommended by an influencer on TikTok, but she said hers was made in Germany and the Wayfair one pictured says “made in Germany” on it, but the one I received was made in China. That said, it heats up quickly, works way better than my old one and makes ironing cotton shirts a breeze. The cord seems little short, otherwise I am happy with my purchase and feel it was a good value.

This iron broke within six months of purchase. VERY disappointing. Sent to manufacturer for repair, but no sign of it yet. You can find something much less expensive that won't break in a few months!
