I like the weight of the iron. The handle is very comfortable. It heats up nicely. The main problem is that the water compartment is dark and it's impossible to see the water level! Why not make the compartment clear?? Also, the opening to fill the water tank is at an awkward position. Please remake this same iron with a clear water container and easier to use water opening. Good heavy-duty iron. Easy to fill with water and heats up quickly, however the temperature button is in an odd place and my hand kept hitting it while ironing, changing the temperature constantly, so that is a little annoying. This is a great handheld steamer that is incredibly quick to heat up and ready for action in less than a minute. Very nice iron! A little heavier than my old one, but not really that noticeable. Heats up and cools down quickly. The ceramic plate is smooth, and does not stick on polyester blends.
