I love the size and material of this umbrella. The tightly woven material offered a nice drape and sun screening of the table. The size was perfect for the table and especially liked the oblong rectangle shape of the canopy to match the layout of my table. Especially liked the beefy construction and all aluminum material of the ribs and pole. They will last a lifetime. Outstanding quality and design of the umbrella support shown in picture. One word of caution is to check the diameter of you table hole. The pole had a diameter of 48mm but the hole on my table was 43mm. We ordered this umbrella to provide shade over a portion of our above-ground pool so we'd have a place to get relief from the strong Florida sun. It provides plenty of coverage without shading the entire pool, which is exactly what we wanted. The umbrella was straightforward to set up and feels sturdy once assembled. The canopy provides excellent shade, and the ability to adjust the position helps keep the shaded area where you need it throughout the day. We've also been impressed with how well it handles wind. We've had some pretty strong gusts here in Florida recently and kept a close eye on it. It stayed firmly in place and never felt unstable. We've only had it for a short time, so I can't speak to long-term durability yet, but so far we're very happy with it. I love this huge umbrella, it covers my 6’ table perfectly! The color is more of a coral pink but I love it anyway as it looks more ‘beachy’. The umbrella is easy to open and close for this senior citizen. The reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 star are the tie straps. They are difficult to get to and are too short to tie effectively.. I am going to give it a 4 star from what I have but unfortunately I only received the unbrella and the base cover. The bolts and crank and the base plate which are needed to actually assemble were not in the package. Wayfair is fantastic and are sending the missing items but I am still waiting for them to arrive.
