Store outdoor furniture indoors or cover well when not in use. Remove wooden furniture from standing water. Dust regularly with small brush or vacuum. Spills should be taken care of immediately before they harden or stain with a slightly dampened sponge.

It’s a great umbrella! Once I decided where to place it on my patio, a few months after it was delivered and set up, it was a great choice. The pole has been a bit wobbly, but that was my choice to keep rotating it, I Until I moved it to a better location on my patio near my pool. . Once I moved it, tightened the pole on the base, I found it much better and happier that I bought it.. It does provide good sun and even rain protection. I lower when the forecast calls for rain, and wind. It looks res nice. Sunbrella fabrics are better than average and don’t fade. I also ordered the bronze weighted rose wheel base. Xx. It has a lock or so on the wheels. It could be wider than it is, for better stability on a windy day. It needs some extra weight on top to make sure it doesn’t blow over, with the umbrella closed.
