Fantastic purchase! First think is this is big and tall. Be prepared to get a lot of sand. I bought 300lbs. and it took it like nothing. Locate and place base begore filling for sure. The umbrella itself is wonderful. It is beautiful and covers a large area and just looks luxurious. It opens abd closes with ease. The 360 degree turning is also easy and a great feature. Just what we needed for our new 12’ x 12’ cantilever umbrella to be able to move it around. Very big and sturdy base that supports the umbrella well. The only issue my husband was worried about was the fact smaller rocks could easily fall out through the large hole screen it comes with in the bottom of the squares. I really really like this. It was very easy to put together. The only reason why I’m giving it four stars and not five stars is because the base is not cold very well on its own.
