This is by far the best market umbrella I’ve ever owned. I opted for the sunbrella fabric as it’s heavier than the other fabrics I’ve owned in the past (and did not last as long).This umbrella has a bronze colored pole and is operated by a hand crank although it does have an auto tilt feature. The auto tilt is amazing as you slowly keep cranking after the umbrella is fully extended, the auto tilt engages and the umbrella will automatically tilt. Once you start cranking in the opposite direction to close the umbrella, the auto tilt disengages and the umbrella stands upright so you can finish closing it. It’s a great umbrella! Once I decided where to place it on my patio, a few months after it was delivered and set up, it was a great choice. The pole has been a bit wobbly, but that was my choice to keep rotating it, I Until I moved it to a better location on my patio near my pool. . Once I moved it, tightened the pole on the base, I found it much better and happier that I bought it.. It does provide good sun and even rain protection. I lower when the forecast calls for rain, and wind. It looks res nice. Sunbrella fabrics are better than average and don’t fade. I also ordered the bronze weighted rose wheel base. Xx. It has a lock or so on the wheels. It could be wider than it is, for better stability on a windy day. It needs some extra weight on top to make sure it doesn’t blow over, with the umbrella closed.
