Huge, and very stable for being so large. Several options to rotate. Only thing is, everything you do with the umbrella is done by one crank. With the umbrella being so big, its very heavy and that cranking motion does a job on your shoulders and arms. But its beautiful, sturdy and easy to operate. The light inside easy to operate also. I had it professionally assembled. Make sure you have a very heavy duty base for it too.
