I was surprised when I received this canopy. I might have misread the info, thinking that the frame was a 13x13. The canopy top is 13x13 and frame was the usual 10x10. But that being said I love How it had that extra overhang on the top. This is great if u use screen sides as it helps keep the rain out. These large tents have a durable water resistant canopy made of 400 denier polyester with school logos on all four side. Includes ground stakes for extra stability.

I love this! The initial setup was a bit more difficult than what's projected, just because of the instructions being a bit unclear. It was simple enough that my 7 year old grandson helped me and it only took about 30 minutes. The fabric for the top appears to be pretty durable but I wouldn't leave it up all the time. The frame feels pretty tough and well constructed but again, I would not leave it up all the time. Once put together, it made nice shade without getting too warm under it (it was 94° that day). I know it states that it's 9x9 but it appears a little larger. Take down was a breeze, again, with my 7 year old grandson helping. I left the cover on to see if it would fit in the carrying bag. At first I thought there was no way it would fit but after unzipping the bag all the way and laying the canopy in first, it fit great. My only complaint is that the stitching on the bag could have been a little heavier as I have a small part of a seam coming apart. Nothing that a needle and heavy thread cannot fix. I am the person that wrote the 1-star Terrible Quality review. While we were very frustrated with the canopy frame, we did reach out to the customer service team as suggested in their response. My husband spoke to wonderful customer service representative, Mary Helen. Even though we threw the canopy frame away in frustration and hadn't taken photos, she asked us to provide our original proof of purchase. Upon doing that, customer service worked with us and offered us a significant discount to purchase a new frame. We did and will be using it for the first time this weekend.
