I was nervous at first, because the photos show the posts and headers as multiple pieces. Very strong .. solid when built. Quality is all there so far. Couple gripes and maybe they aren’t terrible but the sides under the serving decks really could be more functional .. i.e. racks for spices, paper, aluminum foil etc .. just seems like a missed opportunity to make this perfect. After much research for a grilling station, I think we selected the perfect one. We couldn’t be more happy. It took almost 4 weeks to deliver, which came together in three boxes. Everything was well packed and marked. The instructions were clear and we had no issues with holes lining up. My husband did decide to use longer bolts to secure the structure to the concrete stamped patio but just for extra precaution since we live on water and experience a lot of high winds. We had steady 35mph winds with 40-50 mph gusts other day and no issues at all. It took us a day, or about 7-8 hrs to build. Definitely need two people, and a third is even better. This was one of two gazebos that we purchased I use both a blackstone and a regular gas grill and having this gazebo over both has been fantastic I was very impressed with the quality of the materials and the assembly of this gazebo It went together very smoothly and easily I would highly recommend this gazebo to anyone. Love the way it turned out. It’s definitely a two person job. It was fairly simple assembly until you get to the roofing part. Putting on the metal roof was a challenge, but workable with two people- one on a ladder. The holes lined up exactly with all pieces, but a few times we had to maneuver them and adjust to line things up. We did line up all of the roofing pieces on the ground before beginning as shown in the instructions. Highly suggest that. After assembly, it didn’t not feel as sturdy as we wanted, so we mounted ours to 4 x 4’s and staked those into the ground with rebar. Feels sturdy now. We are very pleased with it.. Kellye. I purchased this as a shade structure for a potting bench, as it was the only one that was the right size for the space. The price is very reasonable and it was very easy to set up, though you will need a second person for a couple of steps. The structure is light weight and while it seems strong enough, it wobbles easily. Adding some diagonal bracing would fix this issue. The other concern I have is how flimsy the tarp is. The quality of this "iron" gazebo is pretty disappointing. It feels like aluminum and the panels are plastic and are scratched looking put of the box. There is discoloration on one of the panels. Maybe from being in the sun? I am not sure exactly it appears whiteish on the gray panel. Not great since it is meant to be outside. Some of the parts that are metal are bent and scratched. The assembly instructions are awful as well. I have an event in a few days that I purchased this for so hopefully it will come together and not look absolutely cheap and rickety once it is fully assembled.
