Overall functional and dual purpose which I love. Putting the screws in took a lot of elbow grease! The chairs aren’t as bad as I thought they were gonna be, but keeping them in the closet for extra seating, got myself a nicer chair to use on the regular. Love that I can store my journals pens and electronics and make this a charging station when I’m not using the table. A bit bummed that the table got a little snagged. Beautiful wood and beautiful product!!! However, the assembly and instructions provided were a nightmare. It doesn’t clearly state that you have to drill the holes in the chairs to make them bigger. Also, the bolts provided for the table were barely long enough and we ended up purchasing longer bolts to secure the legs. Took us about 8 hours to assemble the entire thing....... Matthew. My old folding 13 yr old untreated teak table reached its end, so I was only too happy to find this one to finally replace it. Good delivery and packing, one big flat square box, no damage. I was in love with the wood right out of the box, did not want to mess with it. It’s smooth, even all over, and solid. All we had to do was attach the legs. However, following other reviews and since it would be exposed all summer and possibly a rainy fall before I store it for winter, I treated it with a couple layers of teak oil.
