Beautiful wood and beautiful product!!! However, the assembly and instructions provided were a nightmare. It doesn’t clearly state that you have to drill the holes in the chairs to make them bigger. Also, the bolts provided for the table were barely long enough and we ended up purchasing longer bolts to secure the legs. Took us about 8 hours to assemble the entire thing....... Matthew. This is an extremely well-made teak set. Very solidly built. It came fully assembled which was great. It did not come finished and it took us about 12 hours to apply two coats of teak oil. Wow was it worth doing. My only criticism is that putty was used in spots on the chairs which would unfortunately not take the teak oil. Less putty would be an improvement.. Pamela. Fort Worth, TX. We bought three of these chairs along with the 35" square table. Like the table, these were also solidly built and attractive. I deducted one star because the hardware that came with it didn't always fit. A few of the bolts were too long so didn't sit flush with the wood when screwed in all the way. Also, one bolt was missing so we had to buy it locally to complete the installation. All three bottles of glue that came with the chairs were hard as a rock, dried up and unusable. The instructions say not to oil the wood, although the chairs were oiled when they arrived, the table was not, and a small bottle of teak oil was included. Minor annoyances but worth mentioning. Overall we're very happy with the quality of the chairs.. Marie. Nevada City, CA. Sun Jun 25 2023
