I'm so disappointed! When I tried to take the chairs out of the box it kept resisting so I turned the box over and the bottom chair had all four legs sticking out! I pulled the bottom chair out and didn't even have to unwrap the chair because the first thing I saw was scratches on the front of the arm. The box is flimsy and other than the thin paper wrapped around the chairs, there is absolutely no padding in the box. Horrible packaging. I'll contact customer service and see how they'll handle this issue. Update...Customer service was wonderful and sent me a replacement set. That box was delivered in worse shape than the first box. Contacted customer service again...I ended up taking the best of 8 chairs and the other four were returned at no cost to me and they even picked it up from my home. The chairs are well built, sturdy but light in weight. The armrests are real teak wood, beautiful and cool to the touch in the sun. The picture is right on with the color, they are taupe. Not having to assemble the chairs is worth paying the extra money right there. My only suggestion is that they need to change the way they ship these chairs.. Julie. Las Vegas, NV. Sat May 16 2026

While I really like these chairs, they are NOT NAVY as the pictures show. I chose these specifically because the pictures show navy blue chair frame and fabric ao am really disappointed that they are ACTUALLY DARK GRAY. That being said, I still really like the chairs and will keep them, mostly because returning will be annoying and no one else makes a navy chair like this so it is what it is. Pros: very lightweight so easy to move, comfortable for a pretty long time, gray frame is a pretty color and overall they seems well built and will last. Con: Not navy. This manufacturer and Wayfair should really show more realistic pictures.. Leslie. WA. Sat Jul 18 2026

This is an extremely well-made teak set. Very solidly built. It came fully assembled which was great. It did not come finished and it took us about 12 hours to apply two coats of teak oil. Wow was it worth doing. My only criticism is that putty was used in spots on the chairs which would unfortunately not take the teak oil. Less putty would be an improvement.. Pamela. Fort Worth, TX. Have had this table for 1 year so far and it's great. Wanted something extra long for big dinner parties and BBQs, and it's the perfect size to fit anywhere from 6-12 people (or a few more if you squeeze, especially kids). The teak looks great upon arrival, but like all teak requires maintenance. I use Golden Care products to clean mildew after the Seattle rainy season, refresh color, and seal. Paired with 6 HOUE Paon Outdoor Dining Chairs (bamboo seat color is pretty close to teak) which are a bit pricey but worth it, and black folding chairs for the rest when extended. Proudly built by indigenous master craftsmen, each piece highlights the uncompromising quality of their artistry, extraordinary craftsmanship, and traditional building skills passed down for centuries. Ideal for both indoor and outdoor use, the ancient teak naturally developed unique weather, salt, sun, and insect-resistant qualities as it once grew slowly beneath the jungle canopy. The spacious tabletop and bench seat rest on angled, powder-coated aluminum legs in a sleek black tone. Transform your patio, sunroom, or dining room into a transitional gathering space with the Morones Reclaimed Teak & Aluminum Indoor Outdoor Dining Table Set.
