I'm so disappointed! When I tried to take the chairs out of the box it kept resisting so I turned the box over and the bottom chair had all four legs sticking out! I pulled the bottom chair out and didn't even have to unwrap the chair because the first thing I saw was scratches on the front of the arm. The box is flimsy and other than the thin paper wrapped around the chairs, there is absolutely no padding in the box. Horrible packaging. I'll contact customer service and see how they'll handle this issue. Update...Customer service was wonderful and sent me a replacement set. That box was delivered in worse shape than the first box. Contacted customer service again...I ended up taking the best of 8 chairs and the other four were returned at no cost to me and they even picked it up from my home. The chairs are well built, sturdy but light in weight. The armrests are real teak wood, beautiful and cool to the touch in the sun. The picture is right on with the color, they are taupe. Not having to assemble the chairs is worth paying the extra money right there. My only suggestion is that they need to change the way they ship these chairs.. Julie. Las Vegas, NV. Sat May 16 2026

Beautiful wood and beautiful product!!! However, the assembly and instructions provided were a nightmare. It doesn’t clearly state that you have to drill the holes in the chairs to make them bigger. Also, the bolts provided for the table were barely long enough and we ended up purchasing longer bolts to secure the legs. Took us about 8 hours to assemble the entire thing....... Matthew. Beautiful Table, please note that these are countertop height and not bar height, I did make that mistake by purchasing wrong size chairs. Extremely easy to put together, very sturdy and heavy. The countertop is smooth, not a "concrete" feel. More of a grey paint with white speckles. But overall very pretty and upscale looking table.. Kirtan. Oak Lawn, IL. Tue May 19 2026

While I really like these chairs, they are NOT NAVY as the pictures show. I chose these specifically because the pictures show navy blue chair frame and fabric ao am really disappointed that they are ACTUALLY DARK GRAY. That being said, I still really like the chairs and will keep them, mostly because returning will be annoying and no one else makes a navy chair like this so it is what it is. Pros: very lightweight so easy to move, comfortable for a pretty long time, gray frame is a pretty color and overall they seems well built and will last. Con: Not navy. This manufacturer and Wayfair should really show more realistic pictures.. Leslie. WA. Sat Jul 18 2026

Highly recommend, especially for a smaller space. And well, constructed. Arrived missing some hardware, but the retailer was super responsive in getting a replacement pack sent with no issue.. Anonymous. Thu Jan 16 2025
