Just purchased a lake front lot wanted a gazebo for entertaining. Looked at lots of options and settled on this one because it fit in with the nature of the lot and the cedar framing was such a nice feature. I love the pavilion! The cedar is so nice! The kit instructions were easy enough to follow. My boyfriend is an engineer so it was easy for him. I’m very happy with this BBQ Gazebo! It is really nice! And, the hubby has said over over how sturdy it is. I’ve got to tell ya, he was not happy with me that I’d bought it to start because he prefers the metal products due to less upkeep longevity, in his opinion. But, he’s very happy with it now that’s it’s here together. As a matter of fact, we may buy 2 more modify them a bit to go across our patio for better shade more use of the patio in the summer mths. It’s very hot with the sun directly hitting it most of the day. He put the gazebo together by himself. My granddaughter I did help lift the roof once it was assembled to set it on the base, however. All parts were there, no damage at all easy to assemble. The only negative is the hub’s said we can’t sit the BBQ directly under it due to fore hazard Idk how accurate he is on that since that’s what the gazebo is made for. I’m just gonna wait see how that goes. We haven’t bbq’d since we got the gazebo so the jury’s still out. I’ve included some pics, but it’s not completely set up yet. This is beautiful. Just be forewarned, it's a royal pain to build it by yourself (minus the times you need at least 2-3 others to lift parts while building it). The gazebo is beautiful once completed. It took about 4 days to assemble on weekends with 2-3 people. We were missing 2 pieces of wood for the roof. I messaged to notify right away however, not knowing how long that would set us back getting the roof up, we made the pieces needed which took more time, and they don’t match, but it works. This did take two guys most of two days to assemble. Everything you need to assemble is in the box. Once assembled it's sturdy. Make sure to watch a video or two for tips to speed up the assembly. I especially like the two curtains, one insect screen and one for wet and cold weather. The center roof section has built in loops for a hanging fan and light. It took a few months to get up the desire to tackle this project. The instructions were pretty straight forward, mainly pictures without words. I'd say assembly was on the easier side. Instructions said it would take 4 to 6 people to assemble, I did it completely by myself with no issues. I think it took me about 10 total hours over 2 days to completely assemble. There were several parts that were not marked with the same letters as in the instructions but easy enough to figure out. The "V" posts were actually "W" posts and a couple other issues like that. There was also one length of wood that was about 1" too long and I had to trim it off to assemble. a nice looking gazebo and I'd probably purchase it again.. William. Sun Sep 08 2024
