I got my little planters yesterday. My main worry was that one or more might be chipped or broken because they had a long journey all the way across the country to reach me. I know they're pretty pricey but for the authentic look of an aged terra-cotta that looks like it could have come from an old vineyard in France or Italy this fits the bill - just in "mini" form!. These pots are exactly what I needed. Love the minimalist and handmade look. Also love the price for a set of 6! They work excellent as cache pots; don’t buy them if you need a pot with a drainage hole. I use them to display my small African Violets that are wick watered (plant sits in small plastic nursery pot suspended above water in the bottom of outer pot, with a wick drawing water up to the soil).
