In 1979, the first Woodstock Chime was created by founder Garry Kvistad from an aluminum lawn chair he found in a landfill. Garry had the idea to cut and tune the lawn chair chime tubes to the exact frequency of the ancient scale. The resulting Chimes of Olympos was the first Woodstock Chime and is still one of our bestselling wind chimes. UPDATE it is now 25MAY 2026 and I decided to get my water bell feature from out of the garage and give it a go again. I had to replace the pump. To my surprise, once I hooked it up, it works perfectly! I’m happy that I tried it again. Thank you! A few months ago, I was at a salt room and I was introduced to a water bell fountain and I fell in love with it. When I inquired about it, I was told that it was very old (and not for sale). I wanted one so I searched the internet and found this one and purchased it. I’ve had it set up for awhile now and to my disappointment…no bell ringing. I think this tabletop fountain is a very good value. I really like the bubbles that are within the glass orb that spins upon the water. The orb lights up and creates a pretty shadow at the top of the heart. It also has a nice soothing sound without being intrusive. I am very pleased with the quality and value of this fountain.
