The product description appears to have been updated since I ordered, but when I ordered it was supposed to be a planter with wheels. Turns out wayfair does not sell the product I ordered so I am not able to review the product, but since wayfair keeps emailing me, I'll review them. I'd give them negative stars if possible. 1st and last experience with Wayfair. Used 1st time customer 10% off. Ordered 3 of the same item- 2 self watering wheeled planters (3 items / 6 planters). Received planters no wheels 3 different times, each requiring customer service, photos, repackaging and return shipping. This process took 3+ weeks while my plants struggled to survive waiting. After receiving 3rd wrong order I'm advised of the wrong description and ordered items are not available. Only option is a full refund after return and a 10% off a single future item, which is less than the new customer discount I used and would now lose. No similar replacement options existed or at least none that the representative could offer. The representative also declined to locate any similar options even if I were to purchase after the refund as its a different department or said another way - not their job. Email for the refund included 3 return labels, yet the amount was for only 1 of the 3 items. Chat again, email for the amount of 2 items with 2 more labels, told only use the needed labels. Manager maybe? New email, 3 labels, correct amount of refund. Totaling 3 return emails and 8 return labels. Items returned. Hopefully I get a refund.
