Great starter chicken coop ! Easy instructions 2 people roughly an hour to put together. We decided not to attach the run to the coop as we attached it to our larger chicken run. Only negative is the latch for the resting box legs is a little on the cheap side so we replaced it with something a little more durable.. Miles. US. Wed Aug 12 2026

I love this coop! It’s cute and perfect for what I need it for. Exactly what I wanted. Fair price for what it is. I did have a problem with a couple of things when assembling. First the bar going across the middle base was the opposite direction than shown in the instructions. I made it work, hopefully the floor holds up. second the hardware for the last part of the roof were pre installed backwards and up too high. Pictures attached in order. I was able to move the hinges down and flip. but now there is random holes.. Samantha. Princeton, MN. Mon Apr 13 2026

Was easy enough to put together, alone. It's exactly as pictured. I bought it to give my 5 hens somewhere to stay warm this winter. I did not however stop to think about how large my hens are and they will only get bigger. I should have read specs closer and bought bigger. My hens are one of the biggest breeds. Hopefully they will use it this winter. I covered the run to keep too much sun and rain off them. It's also connected to 2 other large runs. Vickie. Silver Springs, NV. Mon Oct 05 2026

I have 4 chickens. I think they are going to fit in this coop perfectly. I feel like the number of chickens a coop will fit is so often overestimate but this one is spot on. Building it wasn't hard at all. Two down sides. It had a strong chemical smell but I left it out for a few days and it's gone. Also, a couple of places a screw cracked the wood. Overall, super sturdy coop that I'd definitely get again.. Dawn. Clinton Township, MI. Tue Mar 31 2026

Galvanized wire mesh walls and a series of locks at each access point keep your family animals safe inside and from predators. Sliding door with steel sliding bar locks ducks safely inside the coop.

I made quite a few modifications to make this coop more useful. I used strong magnets across the top so we could reach into the run. We added stair tread to the roost ramp so our ladies didn’t slip around anymore. I’d planned to use a solar door opener to let the gals in and out, but I was one day over the 30 day return window and Wayfair wouldn’t let me return it even for store credit. It didn’t fit despite the online specifications saying it would.. Ashley. US. Tue Aug 11 2026

Smart nesting box & ergonomic perch keep chickens happy. Roomy 37.6"L design fits 4-6 adults. Perfect for chickens, ducks, rabbits—backyard bliss made simple!

I bought this Coop to turn it into a feral cat house with a lot of modifications. I am happy with the results. I insulated it with 1 in foam insulation board, made two levels two escape doors in an entrance. I screened all the windows and added all the plastic to the front so that I can roll it down when the weather gets cold and tack it to the frame to help keep them warm I put linoleum on the floor and added two heated dog pads. I painted the whole thing as there was no way this would be waterproof without it. I added tinted plastic corrugated roofing to cover the existing roof to protect it and also to make that more waterproof. If making modifications be careful cutting the boards because they are only attached at the edges of the frame. It took me a month to complete this but I am very happy with it. Two of my ferals have already been in and out of it several times. It is now ready for a cold winter.. Anonymous. Indiana, PA. Thu Oct 22 2026

Its very well thought out chicken coop. We made a few changes to make feel more secure for my peace of mind (better locks on doors).
