Built for happy, healthy backyard chickens, this cedar chicken coop fits 15–18 hens perfectly. It features a sloped metal roof, weather sealing strip, private nesting boxes, 4 roosting bars, 2-in-1 windows and an elevated base. The removable PVC floor panels make daily care quick and low-fuss. Note: the color of this chicken coop changes visually depending on the lighting. It appears blue-green under strong sunlight outdoors, and dark green indoors or in low-light conditions on cloudy days.

We're planning to raise four hens, and I love how elevated the coop is and that the windows can be fully opened. Assembly itself wasn't difficult, the most time-consuming part was gathering all the parts before getting started. Overall, the structure is sturdy. I have it out in the yard to air out, and once our hens arrive, we'll place it against the wall and they'll be ready to move right in.. Newbiehenkeeper. New Jersey. Tue Sep 29 2026

The packages arrived within two days of each other due to FedEx loosing one of them, everything good when opened. Though when moving it to is final place in the yard a piece did break off. The material is somewhat thin. We have two hens now so it fits them ok, not sure four would be comfortable though. Stephanie. FL. Wed Feb 19 2025

The chicken coop is a great product, perfect for beginners and experienced chicken owners alike! The construction was straightforward and the instructions were easy to follow. It took about 4 hours to build. It would be perfect for a backyard. The run is small so I wouldn’t have more than 6-10 chickens if you’re not planning to free range. I made quite a few modifications to make this coop more useful. I used strong magnets across the top so we could reach into the run. We added stair tread to the roost ramp so our ladies didn’t slip around anymore. I’d planned to use a solar door opener to let the gals in and out, but I was one day over the 30 day return window and Wayfair wouldn’t let me return it even for store credit. It didn’t fit despite the online specifications saying it would.. Ashley. US. Tue Aug 11 2026

Okay! SO- first time chicken owner here. We live in Maryland and are raising chicks and ducks from babies. We live in the woods and therefore have a ton of natural predators. The coop on its own is not SUPER sturdy, but not the worst quality I have seen and works well for a yard that slopes. There are some gaps, so we enclosed the top and bottom with hardware mesh stapled into the wood and secured with cement blocks just to be sure everything would be safe, and so far so good! The cover seems like it will be reasonable for the raincolder temps. Used Wayfair assembly service, which was good but it did take 3 men four hours to assemble just FYI. Overall, happy!. Anonymous. Great starter chicken coop ! Easy instructions 2 people roughly an hour to put together. We decided not to attach the run to the coop as we attached it to our larger chicken run. Only negative is the latch for the resting box legs is a little on the cheap side so we replaced it with something a little more durable.. Miles. US. Thu Aug 13 2026
