Easy assembly however it does take about 6 hours to but together. There were a few undrilled boards. Also the cover doesn't stay on with windy days with it being Velcro. Excellent duck coop. Easy to set up with my grand childrens assistance. I added more layers of poultry wire and hardware cloth to the sides and top make break-ins more difficult. Also hardware cloth used as ground floor and apron covered with sod and then pine shavings. Placed the heavy duty XL anti-diggers around the perimeter. We have not had any intrusions in this set-up.. This is my second chicken coop from Wayfair. Unlike the first one, the instructions on putting this coop together were excellent but the instructions for installing the mesh were lacking. (Unclear on how to wrap the coopdoor section). I had to buy a lot of extra zip ties. The stake hole location could be improved. Sometimes the stake holes are blocked from the coop frame.
