This is the perfect sofa and should last for years. I did a ton of research before spending this much money on a product I have never seen. It absolutely is as well built as it is advertised and you will not find any comparably priced sofas that are as good a quality as this. Flexsteel names it “Dutch” if you are trying to find information about it on their website or wanting to see it in person at an authorized dealer. It is only 91 inches long but ways 297lbs. If you need to move it you definitely need help as it is solid. The color is more beautiful in person, I was very happy when it was delivered. Also delivery was 10 days ahead of schedule with less than 24 hours notice they can deliver it. The delivery team set it up,and cleaned up. They were wonderful, I could not have donee it by myself.. Very happy with this loveseat. Installation including passing through a couple narrow doorways took maybe 15 minutes. Seats are comfortable and holding up well. At 5 ft 9, I can have my feet on the floor without sitting too far forward. Love the big surface phone charger too. The cup holder nook's close button is a little too easy to graze, but all in all, I'm very pleased.. Brandon. Waukesha, WI. Wed Sep 16 2026

It is a reclining couch. I am not a huge fan of the way reclining couches look, but they are generally more comfortable for watching TV. The Wayfair agent tried to tell me that this sofa is genuine leather all around, even though it is listed as having leather match in the description. It does in fact have leather match, so agents should not be making up stuff to get a sale. However, it is a good quality couch. It is quite firm though, which is not very comfortable unless you are in the reclining position.. Laurie. Lafayette, LA. Fri May 29 2026

The Contender Triple Power Sofa features a power headrest, a power lumbar, and an extended footrest with four extra inches of ottoman height. Additionally, the Zero Gravity mechanism reduces pain in the back and hips, improves blood flow from the lower extremities to the heart, and decreases swelling in the legs and feet. A USB charging port for electronic devices makes this the most comfortable AND productive seat in the house.

I bought this sofa even though it didn’t have any reviews, and I must’ve read the description a dozen times before deciding. I had the extra four inches of space for the body recline , it offered zero‑gravity reclining, and I was unsure about the firmness — but wow, this sofa exceeded every expectation. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The leather smells great, feels soft, and the overall look is beautiful. If you’ve ever sat in a La‑Z‑Boy zero‑gravity recliner, this is very similar — just a bit softer, not overly firm. For me, it’s perfect. The reclining mechanism is smooth, the lumbar support adjusts beautifully, and the headrest moves exactly how you want it to. We love it, and I highly recommend this sofa. Monica. Merritt Island, FL.
