After more than three years in Wayfair’s Tried and True program, I am deeply disappointed by how my situation was handled. Due to an unexpected hospitalization, surgery, and recovery period, I missed a deadline—something that was completely beyond my control. Instead of receiving understanding or compassion during a serious medical hardship, I was removed from the program without consideration for the circumstances. Loyalty and dedication should matter, especially after years of consistent participation. In my experience, this decision showed a lack of empathy and appreciation for long-term members who have invested their time and effort into the program. I expected better from a company that values customer relationships. This was not just frustrating—it was disheartening and, in my view, incredibly inconsiderate. I am calling for a boycott of the company and their products.. Rafael. Brooklyn, NY. Sun Apr 26 2026
