This is the perfect solution to holiday gatherings and big family parties! We decided to turn it into a little coffee station regularly, and then we will pull it out when we host for family. We used it for Christmas Eve and it was perfect! Sturdy strong materials. The only drawback is as that the extendable table comes in together with wooden dowels, which can be a pain to remember and then to put each little one inside the wood. Ok let's talk chairs! When using in a rental upholstery is a nightmare and solid would is so heavy. I wanted something with cushion, not bulky, easy to wipe off and would fit and move nicely in and out around the table. These are the chairs you want! The assembly instructions don’t tell you how to insert the gold pieces, so I’m sharing the trick here. You won’t be able to push in the gold pieces with your fingers and the holes will seem too small, but the pieces will fit - you have to use a mallet. Tilt the piece and use your mallet to gently tap in one edge of the piece so that it lodges crookedly in the hole. It includes one rectangular counter-height table and three square bar stools, all crafted from solid and engineered wood in a natural, modern farmhouse taupe hue. Beautiful greige finish, nice accent with the sides elevates above just country cottage. Pretty heavy, definitely sturdy. The stools were out of stock, so I ordered Eleora stools from Wayfair, which were also made by liberty, from a different product line and had more of a brown finish. I like the contrast.. Nicole.
