The cooktop is spacious with plenty of burners, which makes it easy for two people to cook at the same time without getting in each other’s way. Performance is strong, but there are a few things to be aware of. Both ovens tend to run hot, so you’ll likely need to adjust your temperatures a bit. The front knobs can also get very warm during use, and they’re sensitive enough that it’s easy to accidentally trigger the igniter if you lean against them while cooking. Flame adjustment on the burners can be a little finicky as well. The included griddle is a nice idea, but it’s quite heavy and a bit of a hassle to remove and clean, so it’s not something we use as often as expected. Overall, we really like it. Performance is strong, but there are a few things to be aware of. Both ovens tend to run hot, so you’ll likely need to adjust your temperatures a bit. The front knobs can also get very warm during use, and they’re sensitive enough that it’s easy to accidentally trigger the igniter if you lean against them while cooking. Flame adjustment on the burners can be a little finicky as well. The included griddle is a nice idea, but it’s quite heavy and a bit of a hassle to remove and clean, so it’s not something we use as often as expected. Overall, we really like it. We’ve had this stove installed since April. This stove is so beautiful. We love this stove in every way except 1. The knobs are very hard to read (black on black) . Once I learn them it will be easier but until them I’m using a grill light to be able to see the dials.
