I waited to review my range until I got to use it for a bit. So far this is the best oven I've used. The different size burners are very helpful, they emit a good amount of gas to heat the pots quickly (use thicker pots) . Should anything go wrong. They were familiar with the brand and we purchased in confidence. The oven seems to need a tiny calibration… And even on convection, it heats a little unevenly. But considering how gorgeous this is and how well all of the burners work… We have absolutely no complaints!
