We've only had this for a month or so but so far, so good. The only issue that we've encountered is the rings around the center and right front burner (the bright chrome trim) has started to discolor as a result of food residue falling on them. There is an app that you can add the range too and remotely activate some of the features like preheating, lighting and just making sure it's turned off in instances where you may have left it on, which I love. The app can also send notifications. The light up features when turning the stove on or opening the door is very useful. There are so many settings that you can use with the range including the air fryer feature and they other cooking modes. Outstanding electric range by GE. WiFiBluetooth, all the bells whistles. Obviously it is extremely easy to clean, just wipe go. I usually just use a damp paper towel it comes out sparkling! It has a super sleek modern look! I’ve got a ton of compliments on it. Heats up quick cooks food evenly. Digital buttons are easy to use, although sometimes they go off when wipingcleaning the display panel but that’s to be expected but u can push the lock button beforehand. Nearly 5 year update... I still LOVE LOVE LOVE this range! The wifi feature allows me to start the oven while on my way home from the grocery store, cook baked potatoes left inside it or preheat from the hammock in the backyard. I don't love the air fry feature, I still use a different one. I bought a newer version of this range than a friend had and recommended and am so glad I did. Nice oven with useful features. The all black color looks sleek and modern. Touch menu is easy to operate. Self clean as well as steam clean are good features. The Crisp mode is useful for a model that does not have an internal airfryer. The broiler is inside the top of the oven which leaves the bottom drawer for storage. The elongated 5th grill burner with the cast iron griddle is a great feature as well. The BTUs on the burners are adequate, although I'm used to slightly higher with my former Whirlpool stove.
