So far, so good! We have a shelf that requires a specific sized microwave and this fit the bill. It looks nice. One thing I noticed, compared to our last microwave, is that the buttons feel small. Just installed next to my convection oven and it looks great! I tried the time cook and the 30 seconds warm option and it’s working perfectly. I have not tried the other options yet. It’s very easy to use. Price is a little high compared to a regular microwave. The drawer option is great for shorter people. The only thing that I didn’t like is that it was advertised as made in Italy when I was researching online. And so I bought it. The other drawer microwave I was looking to purchase has a very long wait time. When it was getting installed I saw that it is made in China. If it was advertised truthfully I probably would have not consider this one.. Fidela. West Palm Beach, FL. Wed Nov 16 2022

The FMOW1852AS 30" Over-the-Range Microwave by Frigidarie comes with 1.8 cu. ft. Capacity; 300 CFM; LED Lighting; Two Speed Ventilation and Sensor Cook.

Relatively easy to install. The older model it had replaced had upper brackets, while this one had a lower mounting bracket. A Youtube video helped for me to install it quite easily (first time for me and I'm 70 yrs old), but you need a 2nd person to station it as you tighten the upper screws. I'm giving it a 4 star for the following reasons. There is no backlight on the touch pad, and you cannot see the numbers during night time. Also, there is only one light intensity instead of two above the stove.. Former North Ender. Thu Oct 15 2026

We are extremely happy with our latest kitchen addition with our new GE Profile Over-The-Range Microwave that replaced our old & battle tested GE Microwave. The door feels very solid and the installation of the unit was quick and easy, also feeling very solid with zero "wiggle" when opening. Capacity is excellent and honestly the biggest challenge, through no fault of GE, is getting used to the new controls and options that are available with this updated Microwave. Like anything it takes a little getting used to as we had our previous one for 5+ years (inherited when we bought the house).
