Customers praise the product for its strong cooking functionality and nice design that fits well in custom spaces. However, many report poor durability, noting that panels, displays, and internal parts frequently fail within a few years. Users also express frustration regarding features, and have mixed opinions about ease of use due to complex controls and door mechanisms.
