This gazebo looks amazing in our yard, and seems very sturdy after a strong thunderstorm tested it yesterday for the first time. But as several reviewers mentioned, the assembly was ROUGH! In some spots the instructions were very unclear, with images that didn't accurately represent the process at a given step. It definitely takes two people in some spots, even with more than one ladder for support while assembling. But now that it's done we really love it. So--it is correctly rated as "DIY--Experienced", and will take many more hours than the instructions say unless you have at least two tall ladders and four tall workers to help put it together. Absolutely LOVE our grill gazebo!!! At first, I was concerned about assembly because there are so many pieces, but I was actually able to put it together myself with the exception of help to stand it up and extra hands to put on the roof sheets. This 10' X 10' Hardtop Gazebo with Mosquito Netting and Curtains, Outdoor Pergolas with a Double Roof, , for Gardens, Decks, Patios, and Parties.

So far I’m giving it 5 stars. The 2 boxes came like a week ahead of the estimated time! My longtime contractor will start putting it together on my large multi-level deck, hopefully Monday . I will update this review as it develops! The boxes are narrow and heavy. I was able to push them into my garage. My contractor is essentially a carpenter with about 40 years experience. It took him about 15 hours alone to put it up. I helped a couple of times but he needed me very little. He said ‘too many parts’ but it’s beautiful and sturdy . Since it’s attached to my deck he used 2 12 inch to 3 inch lug bolts. He used the 2 12 because the gazebo bits up against a stair of the deck. Those aren’t included in the parts. I LOVE the look!! I got the curtains and netting up. I misunderstood the pictures of how to do that. To make it easier, unzip all the panels and you should have 4 curtains and 4 netting curtains. Fold one panel of the curtains in half length wise. Be sure to hang the good sides out! Look at the picA and to me makes more sense for it to be numbered 1-6 and 7-12. I normally don’t write reviews, however, I was so impressed after last nights storm (that I thought for sure all my hard work of putting this together was going to be shattered by the quarter sized hail)…. to my surprise, the gazebo was completely unharmed! I was hesitant when I unboxed this at first thinking it would not last a good size storm. I did anchor to post with the cement screws provided, but cemented the other two inside of outdoor gardening pots. The roof panels seemed like they were simply cardboard covered in plexi glass coating, therefore my hopes were not high for the durability. My only complaint is shipping, the box arrived very very badly damaged ,I am shocked nothing fell out that's how bad the condition of the box was. I’ve had this for around 3 weeks now. The only reason I am giving it four stars instead of five is I thought the frame was going to be black instead of brown in color so I don’t think the brown looks good with the gray top but overall it is very sturdy and well may but it was hard for one person to put together so it took three people to put it together and about three hours I would say. It works great for any time of year and we have really enjoyed it this summer so far because it has kept the bugs out and and have used the fire pit under it and been able to sit out in the evenings and enjoy it.. There were three people putting up the gazebo and it took about five hours. It did fit together very well and instructions are ok. There is a mistake in the manual. There are 8 G1 parts, not 4 which it says on page 10. Also the picture of G1 on page 6 and 10 is incorrect. There are 2 pictures of G1 on page 10 and the other picture is correct. I put the curtains on and we didn’t quite understand how the Velcro tabs should go so that added time. After a few days I took the curtains down as I don’t think we will ever close them.
