The AC Unit came defective not cooling it was a disaster in a middle of a heatwave. 3 weeks after getting the AC unit we are waiting for parts to be repaired. Very quiet compared to most brands I’ve had. I do think it could be a littler cooler on max but it will eventually cooldown the room and maintain good temp after. The unit is whisper quiet depending on the setting. Even on high, it’s much more quiet than the traditional non inverter units. It’s worth the bump in price.
