We had AC go out and live in AZ. Well over 100* so we bought this unit for our bedroom. Kept us nice and cool. I like that there is no draining of collected water. I has wheels so, easy enough to move around. The company suggests that you wait 24 hours before using. We did but I am not sure what that has to do with anything. We are keeping it for emergency now that our AC is fixed. Worth the $$.. Aynn Batchler. Palmdale, CA. Tue Aug 18 2026

This window unit was so easy to install. There was no clunky mounting since it used the windowsill as its support. It is keeping large room quite chilly when the doors are closed. I will be purchasing a second one for a separate space soon.. Collette. Austin, TX. Fri Sep 04 2026

Came dented. Description wasn’t helpful online so wasn’t until I read the instructions in the box did I know other items needed to be purchased to install. Wayfair was very helpful to allow me to return for refund. Box it comes in is not returnable because of how it is made so needed to find a large enough box to ship it back.. Nathan. Palm Springs, CA.
