The unit works very well. It cools quickly, and it's not too loud, for a portable AC. It's even smaller than the old one it replaced. I"m very satisfied with it. I took out a star for the delivery; it was quick, but they must have dumped the box from a moving truck. One of the panels in the installation kit that goes on the window arrived broken. The AC itself turned out to be undamaged, and I was able to install it without the broken panel. Wayfair offered me a partial refund and everything was OK.
