We got this 18000 BTU ductless unit for our soon to be remodel garage/ laundry room that’s only about 500 square feet so this will be more than enough to keep it cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Soon as our HVAC guy comes out and does the installation I’ll update as to it’s efficiency but for the price of a unit this size you can’t beat it and it comes with everything you need.
