Made without PFAS, PureGlide Pro is designed to deliver healthy cooking with nonstick performance. Crafted for versatility, this cookware is induction-capable, oven-safe, and designed to elevate your culinary experience with easy cleanup and superior results. Innovative Titanium Nonstick Surface The standout feature of this Viking cookware is its patented laser-clad titanium interior layer that creates a naturally nonstick surface that’s three times harder than stainless steel. Unlike traditional nonstick coatings, this chemical-free titanium layer is made without PFAS ensuring healthier cooking by eliminating the risk of harmful substances. The titanium surface offers remarkable food release, making it ideal for cooking delicate foods like eggs or fish. Its durability supports the use of metal utensils without scratching, ensuring long-lasting performance and effortless cleanup. Superior 3-Ply Clad Construction Built on top of Viking’s signature 3-ply clad -design, this cookware features an aluminum core for even heat distribution, and an induction-capable 430 stainless steel exterior. This construction maximizes heat transfer, eliminates hot spots, and reduces energy usage, allowing you to sear, sauté, braise, and deglaze like a pro. The polished stainless-steel exterior adds a sleek, modern aesthetic, while flared rims ensure drip-free pouring. Oven and broiler safe up to 600°F (315°C), this cookware is compatible with all cooktops, including induction, and is dishwasher-safe, though handwashing is recommended to maintain its mirror-like finish.
