From béchamel to velouté, the Saucier is designed for smooth, fully emulsified sauces. Dishes like risotto and gumbo, which require constant agitation, benefit from the Saucier’s cornerless bottom, which guides the whisk and promotes circulation. NutriChef Durable Sauce Pot with Lid, small, BLACK

I really needed a new saucepan. The “iron clad” on my 30yo Farber Ware was finally giving up the ghost. I chose this pan because it was inexpensive and the same size as my old one. It’s perfect. And so pretty.. Patricia J.. US. Wed May 13 2026

It is made from strong Japanese steel, the construction, and the design of the induction 21 steel cookware line guarantee superior quality. Each piece has copper melted into the steel, which effortlessly conducts heat quickly and evenly. Titanium is also added for strength and durability to endure everyday cooking. To ensure healthy cooking, the steel is nickel-free to prevent allergic reactions to nickel. The tempered-glass lid makes it easy to monitor cooking, and the dripless pouring rim reduces spillage along the side of the body. This saucepan is the perfect choice for reducing sauces or simmering soup. It features a wide flat bottom, straight sides to maximize capacity, and a cool to the touch, long ergonomic handle. This is the best steel for magnetic induction and perfect for all cooktops.

This is a great saucepan. The nonstick interior makes it perfect for cooking grits. The grits cooked evenly and did not stick to the pan nor overflow the pot. Handle is cool to the touch while cooking. In addition, looks great on the stove.. Natasha. Atlanta, GA. Sun Sep 20 2026
