Overall the bench is very sturdy, solid materials and looks great in my space. There are plastic clips to hold the shelves in place, we’ll see how long those last, they seem a little flimsy. Found something that was functional in our landing turned mud space. Fits really only 6pair of kid shoes per side and 4pair per grown up the chair helps for sitting space with a hanging area behind it. For flare I used about 4 dollar store wallpaper panels to decorate and make scuffs less obvious (better to do before assembly. Assembly was fine. We ordered this shoe bench for our mudroom. While it was the perfect size and color, it came damaged. The bench top was cracked and the corner pieces were not fitted together properly. Wayfair replaced it with another one, but it came more damaged than the first one. Wayfair did refund our money for the bench, but we will be looking elsewhere for a replacement.. Anonymous.
