This is a big upgrade from my cheap black and decker iron. This iron gets hotter and makes more steam then my old one. I like the weight of the iron. The handle is very comfortable. It heats up nicely. The main problem is that the water compartment is dark and it's impossible to see the water level! Thi curling iron is exactly what I needed, it is not too big (2” inches) nor is it too thin (1” inch) but is perfectly the right size (1 3/4 “ inches) for my hair cut!
